Delivery/Order Processing Time Frame
We always call you to confirm your order details before we process your order.
If the products you order are available in our yard we can arrange delivery/collection within 5 working days.
If you have requested a bespoke fence panel or gate, or a product we may need to order, please allow up to 14 working days before delivery/collection.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days within which to return them, upon receipt of goods.
Any custom made panels or gates can not be returned, unless faulty.
All goods to be returned must be in the condition in which they were received (clean and unused), complete with all the original packaging, labelling and the appropriate copy purchase invoice for the item.
A 10% handling charge will occur if goods are returned due to customer over ordering. This is to cover transaction and restocking costs.
Goods must be returned to us at your own cost.
We recommend that you get a proof of postage when returning all goods by the Royal Mail or Courier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen before they are received by us.
